Staying at this hotel was a mix of experiences. The room, despite being spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice harbor view, was a bit hot without an external window and faced noise from the bar below. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Jess who went the extra mile to help us. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near the harbor and close to all the action. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced for what was offered.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely harbor view. However, it got a bit hot without an external window and was noisy as it was above a bar.

The dining options at the hotel were overpriced for the quality offered. We opted to dine at a local café nearby for much better value.

The hotel offers clean, roomy, and comfortable rooms with direct water views, but they could use a refurbishment. The area is vibrant with plenty of restaurants, bars, and patios, but the room I stayed in felt cramped and dark without natural light.

The hotel rooms above the restaurants were warm and comfortable with a great outlook over the docks. Despite initial shortages of glasses, the issue was promptly resolved by the staff. The service was top-notch with always available amenities like dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location on the wharf was perfect, offering easy access to the city, Salamanca, and a variety of bars and restaurants. However, the dining experience, particularly breakfast, was not up to par, and improvements could be made in that area.

The hotel is in a great spot within walking distance to Salamanca Place, offering plenty of coffee choices. The rooms were cozy, albeit a bit warm during the hot weather. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, although the decor was slightly dated. The location is perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions, while the dining experience could be improved. Overall, a nice stay with good value for money.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The unique loft bedroom layout with an uncomfortable angled TV was a bit odd, but the location at the end of the pier was truly special. The service was outstanding with staff going out of their way to accommodate us, although there were some issues with the room allocation. The hotel's location offered great access to seafood and sightseeing but may pose challenges for pick-ups. Dining was satisfactory but a bit pricey, and the facilities met our basic needs.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit tired and could use some updates, but they were spacious, had a very comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with a great bathtub. The location was excellent, close to various attractions, but the interior felt a bit outdated considering the price. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
